Small CellVessel 500 ml SUBs

Easy to use and order 50 - 350 ml WV SUB

With a Vessel Volume (VV) of only 500 ml this size CellVessel cover from as little as 50 to 350 ml Working Volume (WV). The round 500 ml SUB is also available with classical signal pH SUS and DO Single-Use-Well and future bio-mass Single-Use-Sensor all pre-installed.

As to the small size (only OD 82 x 120 mm) and very low thermal mass we recommend the SUB is installed in a Heating-Support-Foot. The HSF have drilled holes (HSF Heating-Support-Foot) for standard OD 3 and OD 4 and OD 6 mm thermo couples from your PCS. The HSF contributes with thermal mass adapted for better accommodation to the PID algorithms in your PCS.

CerCell offer several sizes of the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST) which accommodate installation of 500 ml based on the CerCell concept = fully interchangeable. Photo at left show 500 ml SUB mounted in electrical HSF mounted on MST. Centre photo show the 500 ml inserted into a HSF designed to fit the 4 x ID 110 mm DASbox. Right photo shows 500 ml SUB in HSF for use on any 5 watt lab magnetic-stirrer.

The 500 ml SUB is a perfect size for a variety of applications. Micro carrier separation for like ISPC cell proliferation and continuous media exchange. The cage and impeller is integrated and to be driven on the MST. Used media is pumped out with tube in center. Designed for 120 mm pH and DO Single-Use-Sensors.
